Sunshine Band
The COFM Sunshine Band Department is dedicated to shaping and molding young minds. Our young men will be Mighty Men of God. Strong like Samson, Wise like Solomon, and a Warrior like David. Our young ladies will be a Prayer Warrior like Hannah, Faith Holders like Ruth, Compassionate Leaders like Deborah. COFM Sunshine Band Department teaches our young peoples how important it is to hold fast to the doctoring of COGIC and COFM Mission while enjoying life. From fund raising, to field trips, life can be enjoyed while learning about Christ and living a Holy life.
Purity Band
Citadel Purity Band is an auxiliary in the COGIC under the Women’s Department. It consists of young girls and boys, ages 13-19, who are commonly referred to as “Puritans.” However, we accept youth beginning at age 12. Our mission is to engage and educate our Youth in the Word of God; pray for them; challenge and inspire them into action in living Saved, Sanctified, and Holy lives in the home, school, neighborhood, and church; and provide them with the tools for a successful transition from high school to adult life of university or employment.
